Not enought hard drive Space for the 1.4 patch?

Well when i go to install the patch (latest)it says not enough disk space, and that i need 1GB to install..well my C drive has 3GB so i have space, why wont it install.....anyone think of any solutions? thx for the help.

Actually you need about 3.5GB free space on the drive you're installing it.
