[1.14]Kicking a player for lagging in Ranked Matches gives you a loss.

I was playing a 1v1 ranked match as the axis. The other player started lagging or to be more precise a big lag started right after we got engaged in combat. I ignored the kick vote window 3 times hoping that he may stop lagging, he didn't so I voted to kick him.

Then right after the game I viewed my stats and I saw that I got a loss! That was the second time this has happened after kicking a lagging player in a ranked match.
