LAN help

so i got dawn of war gold pack installed on 2 computers in my house. they're networked. When i try to LAN, it doesn't work. If i create a game on one computer, it doesn't show up on the other computer. I don't know if its a port issue or what, but I'd appreciate help.

Note: I'm not playing by myself lol.

Have you installed all the patches on both machines?

Indeed.. they must have both the same patches applied!
Else they simply won't 'show' the games
