Players can't join my automatch

It just get's stuck at players are joining your game...and never goes anywhere. I can join other people's however.

Can anyone assist?

I'm also getting this problem with automatches. However, I cannot host and I cannot join the vast majority of the time. I have no problems hosting/joining games that aren't automatched, so I don't think its a firewall/port issue.
