View Full Version : Patch problem - got them, says I havent?

I have all the patches, I remember downloading the huge v1.41 patch before summer and the 1.5 also before summer, I played a skirmish game and it was exactly as I remembered (with ors, the easiest way to know is with the tankbustas) and another with chaos to prove I had the 1.5 (the raptors could get flamers).
But as soon as I try to log onto DoW WA online it says I need to download patch 1.41, so I did and at the end of the download it said "patch error", with something along the lines of "you have edited or removed your patches and it does not work, please re-install the game and try again".
So, I did that and the same thing comes up, the patch error, yet I still have all the patches.
I have the patches, I am playing with the patches but it says I havent and wont let me play online, whats up with that!?:weep:

I also have 2 freinds who have this problem from just coming back from summer so does anyone have any info on this?
Lets see a warnings.log please.
Have you ever had mods installed? They could have messed things up if you have.

I have uninstaled it and reinstalled it two more times now and it still isnt working, now I've re-installed it again and am downloading the patch from a different site instead of the online bit.

It'll probably take about 2 more hours to finish and Im still on 68 percent, though I think its just going to say exactly the same as the Multiplayer online log in bit.
