I have come here to ask for help regarding an issue I have had whilst trying to install the Game of the Year edition of Dawn of War.
I put Disc 1 into the drive, enter the CD key, accepted the agreement, and the installation begins. I then enter Disc 2 and Disc 3 at the correct times. The installation continues, until the estimated time left reaches 0 seconds. Then, the installation freezes, the blue progress bar clears, and the window remains this way until I quit the installation. At this point, I am asked to confirm my decision to close the window, and the bar reverses, and the window closes.
All this means that I cannot install the game on my computer. I have not yet installed it on this computer, but I have installed it on another computer previously, where it worked without a hitch.
And before anyone gets upset about the non-inclusion of dxdiag.txt, that's because, I don't know how to work it. Should it be running while I try to install the game, or afterwards?
