WA, 1.51 - Purge the weak text is "$704050 No Key"

While my brother was playing WA on this computer I noticed something when he went to buy the "purge the weak upgrade", its text was actualy "$704050 No Key" and the description of the upgrade was "$704051 No Key"

Whats going on there?
(The game is Winter assalt 1.51)
