Can't Make Profile

I've had Dawn of War for a while, and just lately i've had to do a system restore. So, I reinstall Dawn of War then once in the game the Create Profile screen comes up. I enter a name, click create, the name box clears and nothing happens. Installed and reinstalled game several times and nothing has worked.

Can anyone help here?
