View Full Version : An Array of Problems!?! Help!

Why is it that whenever I contact THQ customer service I never get a reply? I call and all I can talk to is an automated system because it says that they are shutdown for continued internal development or some bull. When I email them no reply for weeks! And to top it all off my 5 Digit product code on my manual isn't recognized by the company! This is great.
Ok, had to get that off my chest, here is my real problem: I get this message when trying to install the game: Fatal Error-Installation ended prematurely due to an error
No one has been able to help me so far I am getting very edgy and desperate as would anyone who wanted to play this game! Could anyone PLEASE help me out it would be greatly appreciated!

defrag HDD, deactivate any software running in the background (particularly security software) and try again.

TBS thanks for the advice but still nothing has worked. I've already made 2 posts on this site about this issue and it seems many other people have too. Why isn't THQ backing us on this one? I'm starting to lose hope. Anyway if you have any other possible advice it would be greatly appreciated.

I cant speak for THQ tech support - we are just volunteers here.

There have been a few other threads on this issue, do a search and see if any of the solutions help you.

Theres also the "format harddrive" solution - it would probably fix the problem.
