Question About Usage

Hokay.

This is my first time with this game so I'm still getting aquainted to it.
I come from HaloMods.. so you can imagine the two are very different to mod!

I make space scenes right and I was just introduced to this game. The ship models are awesome and I really want to know if I'm allowed (due to copyright etc) to extract the models into 3ds or other then put them into my scenes with giving credit. Credit like linking to the Homeworld site and other suff.


I just found out how to extract models etc.

You'll need written permission from Relic to use the models for anything other than HW2 modding.

If you just want to make some wallpapers for your own computer, you're free to do so, but if you intend to distribute the renders (whether they're still images or videos, no legal difference) you must have permission. :)
