Dark Crusade Graphics

Hey was just wondering how exactly i get could my dark crusade graphics to be the best quality does anyone know? i know that winter assault needed the team colourable code put in but what do i need to do for dark crusade? also note that i dont remember how to do it :P

Its in a file local.ini - fullresteamcolour=1. (I think!)
