both at home and at work (3 different comps in all), the DoW installer hangs on the credits.avi (irony?)

it just sits and sits...
after about 10m it gives me an error that it cant read from the file, and to verify it exists. ggrrrrrrrr

I can install DC just fine.

the WA cd key is 20, but the dow is 16, 4x4

It sounds like a bad disc. If it occurs on multiple computers on the same file, best bet is to get an exchange.
