Cadian shoulderpads graphic glitch

Alright, can some explain this?

As you see in the attatchment, the imperial guard troopers shoulder pads have some color issues. The pads are supposed to be black, but on some of the models the right shoulder pad(but not the left) is the secondary color(green.) Is this a game based graphic glitch or is something responsible on my end?

That's not a glich, it's called randomization.

Are you sure? I've never heard or seen of imperial guard randomly having a differant colored right shoulder pad on some troops. Also I remember it didn't always use to happen, they were once all black shoulder pads.(Or whatever color you chose as primary.)

I've got a better screenshot than before. Notice in the circled area the Shoulder pad is broken up, mostly green but with the correct black showing around the edge. Does anyone know if this is a graphic glitch caused by the game itself or something on my end?
