i go to play multiplayer and i create an account and when i try to log in as that account, it says "cd authentication failed". i checked the cd key file, and entered the right one but i keep receiving the same error message. i installed the game on my desktop previously, and it wont work on it also. they both receive the same error message. please help.
and also i dont have access to my comp. to get the files which are requested to be posted with the problem. sorry.
