id like to help...gladly, but im not sure if i can work on two different mods at the same time, doing similar jobs for teams :D

Have a couple ideas for the aliens:
1. Their ships could look alot sleeker, like with curved hulls and no straight lines (pain in the ass to model though)
2. They could be almost exclusively strike craft
3. It could be a multi-racial alliance, with several different ship design philosophies and military tactics. This would also be alot easier to do because you can use so many different ideas.

I made a (really bad-only 82 poly's...and using Maya Personal Learning Edition) "needle" carrier that looks vaguely Vaygrish, but certainly not like any terran ships you've posted. I could post it if you want

Had a new idea for aliens, make their ships covered in bright nav lights, so they look like nimbuses of light. Also, seeing darts of light for the fighters would look cool (I think). And since the Terran's primary armament seems to be rail weapons, use many beam weapons for aliens
