Dark Crusade Demo; Installation ended prematurely

Hello,
I am trying to install the Dark Crusade demo, but I get a fatal error saying "Installation ended prematurely because of error"
I have Windows XP Home SP2 with all the latest patches installed and have updated all the drivers.
I also tried demos from previous releases. The Dawn of War original demo works fine; the Winter Assault demo has similar problem as Dark Crusade.

Could someone help me with this?
