Moding Help

I think my last thread was deleted. It would be nice if you responded and told me where to post besides just deleting it.

Could someone give me an explantion on how to activate mods in DC? Also I need to know where to put them when they are downloaded.

just a simple explaination would be nice. I did recently download a mod but I can't figure out how to get it to run.
