cannot join game different game active?

What does this mean? I have it with all games I try to join :S

I am not sure what it means but I have had it a few times myself. For me however, if it does not work the first time I can useualy have more luck the second time I try and join. I have attributed it to the speed of my conection and my location.

What is the speed of your connection?
Where do you live?
Can you create games that others can join?
