CD authentication failed?

I was playing WA, and it said "cd authentication failed' when i tried to play in multiplayer. Then i went to "game manager" and tried to activat the "dawn of war:winter assault" option it had under there, but nothing happened.

if youre wondering, i DID put in the correct code the first time i installed the game.

Are you sure its the right code? No "zero"/"Oh" mixups or such?

I'm having this problem too. I tripled checked my cd key when I installed and put it in right. DoW connects just fine, so you'd think WA would to.

can I change the cd key from the windows registry in case I did put a O instead of a 0? Of course DoW nagged at me and said invalid key when I put a 0 instead of a O so WA should have too right?

edit: I got it working. I missed one number in my key.
