Error or Mistake?

Ive noticed on winter assault that even though the commisar of the Imperial Guard is added to the squad, the squad continues to loose moral and sometimes even faster than without the commisar. I dont know if this was brought to your attention already or if this is even the right forum to post this in but hopefully this helps either way.

The Commisars ability to make squads immune against morale loss has been removed in some Winter Assault patch because it was considered too strong, iirc.
Commie has been like that ever since, which means he doesn't make squads immune in DC, either.
