Ok...
First, a little tidbit: If your question/ plea for help is coherent and organized, people can understand you better and help you more effeciently. As of now, your post doesn't do this.
However, you need to to tell us some other information if you want assasitance. Do you have a firewall that is blocking online play?

Please read this fairly simple guide (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=113920) as to configuring Routers and Firewalls.
If you require any further assistance, just ask here.

What brand is your Router/Gateway...
(Your internet connection goes like this = Line from the wall -> Modem -> Router -> Computer)
If you are unsure, you could ask whoever set up your home network for some assistance here.

In your browser window, delete the address and the http://, and attempt to connect to your modem via these IPs...
192.168.0.1
192.168.1.1
192.168.10.1
192.168.100.1
192.168.0.0
This is looking like a case for your ISP to sort out however, i would contact Comcast regarding this issue, ask if they are running any maintenance, and if not, you believe your router supplied by them is faulty (<--- if you say that, it should be free of charge, as its their fault).

OK, are there any options within your Modem/Router combo for:
"Port Forwarding"
"DMZ Host"
"Forwarding"
"Ports"
"DMZ"
"Port Range Forwarding"
"Applications and Gaming"
If you could provide me with the model and brand it could help too.

Your Modem documentation is here (http://www.arrisi.com/consumer_products/_docs/TM402_User_Guide.pdf). However, there is nothing regarding any settings for Routing or Port Forwarding.
If there is nothing within the 192.168.100.1 regarding any specifics to Ports, Forwarding or DMZ, I would advise contacting your Internet Service Provider for further assistance.

Whenever you can, get whoever owns the Internet Connection in your house (you, your mum, dad, guardan, landlord etc) to contact the Internet Service Provider and ask them if they are having any issues with respect to these ports :
udp port 6500
udp port 27900
udp port 27901
udp port 29910
tcp port 6667
tcp port 28910
tcp port 29900
tcp port 29901
tcp port 29920
If they say they are not, inquire if the Modem they supplied is configured correctly, (they can remotely do this). If it all comes back inconclusive, say that you think you're connection is faulty as you cannot access internet services using those specific ports.

Note:
Software firewalls (including windows firewall) could block these ports as well.

Bit heavy handed - Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel > Windows Firewall.
Unless of course the administrator has configured it differently and denied all other users access to this feature. In which case, just ask the person who is the Administrator.

I assure you that the link works...
I will summarise it below...
Error :"Windows cannot display Windows Firewall settings" error while accessing Firewall settings in Windows XP Service Pack 2
Cause
Case 1: This happens due to missing or corrupt SharedAccess registry key, which represents the Windows Firewall Service. This usually occurs if the system is infested with Virus or other Malware, or in the aftermath of Virus removal. In conjunction with the solution provided in the article, it's advisable to run a thorough cleanup of the system.
Case 2: You have Windows Live OneCare installed. Windows Live OneCare has its own Firewall which monitors both Inbound and outbound connections. Because two firewalls should not be turned on at the same time, Windows Live OneCare turns off Windows Firewall if the latter is running. [More info]
Therefore, Windows Live OneCare users can safely ignore the error message concerning the Windows Firewall.
Resolution
Solution for Case 1:
Download sharedaccess.reg (only for systems running Windows XP Service Pack 2) and save to Desktop. Then double-click the file to merge the contents to the registry. The Services entry will be created. Restart Windows (mandatory step, otherwise the following NETSH command will display an error message).
After restarting Windows, run this from Command Prompt (cmd.exe)
NETSH FIREWALL RESET
Launch firewall applet from Control Panel, and then configure your Windows Firewall settings.
If none of the above methods help, as a last-resort solution (before reinstalling Windows XP Service Pack 2), give these two commands a try. Click Start, Run and type:
rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection Ndi-Steelhead 132 %windir%\inf\netrass.inf
Restart Windows, and then run this command (from Command Prompt):
NETSH FIREWALL RESET
Attempt to start Firewall applet. Start the Windows Firewall service when prompted.
