It happens only if hardware settings are set higher that 66 multiplies 200 MHZ->3x66@198 - is stable 210 is not... Problem is located in dll's i think. Only this game is crashing, various tests works fine for 24 hours and longer...

All games should have no problem running on unmodified hardware that is greater than or equal to the minimum specs (Driver dependant). As such, you are making the fine equilibrium that is the PC change drastically, i would advise returning to normal settings, as needle in a hay stack come to mind.
Out of interest - what is you system ? Can you provide a dx diag report (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=57900) please?
For advice on overclocking, i'm pretty sure that there are more specific forums available.
As to what i can offer for assistance - check this - website (http://www.targetpc.com/hardware/articles/ocguide/part2/) particularly the 'what can go wrong'.

Patient "Doctor, my arm hurts when I move it like this"
Doctor "Well then stop moving it like that"
That's kinda my attitude when it comes to overclocking. Everyone knows when you overclock, you're not running the hardware as it's designed to run and you run the risk of having it crap out on you. If the cause is that the system is running as it's not designed to run, and it works properly if you're running it correctly, then the problem is not the game.
