Is your computer hooked up to a router? They have hardware firewalls. If so you can google your router's model number and manufacturer and find instructions on opening the proper port.

Check the tech support forum, they have some threads there that deal with firewalls.

Hey there, first things first... if you could run this tool (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=63593) and then copy + paste the results please.
This will establish if you have a router and if it is properly configured.

You can copy and paste by highlighting it all then pressing control + C, then returning to the forums and pressing control + V to paste it.

OK, that seems clean - do you run Norton Anti-Virus, or any software Firewalls lke Zone Alarm (Windows Firewall too - for Service Pack 2)?

As an experiment, see if by turning either/both of these off/closing them down changes your ability to host games online.
