something wrong with online play (DC)

When i play online on Dark Crusade, after i win a game, it does not update my stats, but if i lose it does, as a result nobody lets me into their games. I have tryed making another acount but i have the same problem. could anyone help please? thanks :)

(this is one of the many problems i have found with DC and i am not to impresed with the amount of bugs in it)

A common mistake here is that people expect their stats to update from games involving AI. As far as I am aware, games involving the AI do not produce wins.

For your problem, it is very hard to tell what exactly the problem is, if you are receiving losses - perhaps they are delayed somewhat, and occur at what would seem like well-timed events, like immediately after a game.

no i wasnt playing against AI, other players

Sometimes also, players drop moments before the game countdown reaches '0'. An AI is automatically placed in that players position, team and race.
Also worth noting that Gamespy has its moments where stats simply are not recorded, and this is no fault of the user.

When you win, It normally takes some time before your stats get updated, just do something else and your stat will normally get updated in a minute or two.

I have this alot. But I don't think its a bug.


And yeah, if you win against AI you don't get a win (Otherwise everybody would be killing off "easy" Computers for stat)

you're telling me stuff i already know, i am playing against realy players :) and i've been having this problem for about 5 days, im sure it dosent take 5 days to update stats but it taskes 2 mins to update losses? sometihngs not right :p

Are you playing in Automatches?

It is possible to play unranked games which don't count.
