Opponent kicked from the game

Hi, in a lot of games (automatch 1 vs 1), during the game my opponent is kicked from the game (I see the system message) and I win.. but in my stat, when this happen, is registered that I win or that I loose the game at random.. Is it a gamespy problem?

In 1v1's it says to both players that they win if either of the two individuals lag or are having connection problems. The randomness you refer to could simply be how the server see's who lags first and is dropped automatically.
So basically, sometimes you might lag, and other times your opponent might.

(This is best demonstrated if you are in a game, and accidentally knock out your RJ45 connector from the Wall Socket/back of your Computer. It will say that the opponent is counting down, despite you not being online.)

This is common if you are using a sub-broadband connection, or live in a fairly isolated village / town / city / country and are playing against someone in an equally distant part of the world.
