error when starting up the game(spinning disc)

when i try and start up dawn of war on the 2 pc's i have, the same problem comes up just, a spinning disc as the mouse and nothing else happens, i haven't played on DoW before, so it could be an error with thedisc?

If you have installed the game already go here (http://www.dowpatch.com), and download and install these three patches:

Can you clarify if you have already installed the game or not?

ive already installed it and i click play game on the autoplay screen and all that happens is a spinning disc i try the shortcut same thing happens

As Moe said in the post above - make sure you have updated the game fully via those links he provided.
