Please Help!!!

Very simply I was trying to play a game of Dark Crusade(with the latest patch) with my friend Gremlin Shoota. The problem is that every time we tried to play he instantly dropped from the game. He apparently has the latest patch and has both WA and DoW installed so he should be able to play as any race. Neither of us have any custom skins or textures. So what could it be? I've played games with other people today and they didn't drop! Is it Gamespy, does anyone have any ideas? Please help me, I'll really appreciate it. Thanks.

Firstly to rule out common causes, we'd need to see his warnings.log file and his dxdiag report (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=57900).
To rule out possible router or connection issues i would recommend that this tool (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=63593) be run and the results to be reported back here.

Without that information I can only hazard a guess at Driver issues, possible Malware or Virus, his computer overheating or memory errors - which can be checked for via this tool (http://www.memtest86.com/)

Is he simply dropping from the game but not crashing? If that's the case, he needs to check his ports (6112 UDP primarily I'd think) and make sure they're forwarded right.
