Let me try making this simple as it can sound confusing..

Me and my bro are on a SKY DSL line connecting from the same IP to an online game

My Friends are on a NTL CABLE line both on the same line too connecting to the same game.

Now the trouble is If i create a game and my bro joins, only one of my mates can join the game and the other gets refused by host.. (even though we don't refuse him)

And the same happens if they create a game and they both join with me and then my bro try's and gets refused.. either way it refuses the 4th person but not only that .. if one drops the other player can join but then the person who drops won't be able to get in again.. its strange and very very weird

please anyone know how to change the ports os one players game? etc or know of a fix?

This is a NAT issue - basically if you are behind a router, you have NAT. If 2 NAT persons exist then they repel each other, basically, they cannot both exist in the same game.

Make sure UPnP on your Routers is on - apart from that, there is little else that can be done unfortunately.
