DOW Sounds

Right where do I start. I've searched for this all over the Forums and Google and can't seem to find a way to convert DOW music files to mp3/wav. Thing is a while back, I came to these forums and found a nice tutorial of how to do it. It used a program which was in cmd to convert the files to mp3/wav.

If anyone can help me find this, it would be a great help.
