Windows Vista, DOW not running full screen

The title says it all really. It was working fine when I was using XP, now that i've upgraded to Vista, when I run DOW, instead of going full screen, it still shows the start-bar, as well as the window frame around dawn of war (with the close button only though).

edit:(added dxdiag.txt and warnings.log).

Run the GraphicsConfig tool in the DoW install directory and uncheck the "run in a window" option.

Mine is doing the same thing but even when i un-check the run in window it still runs in a window
