I bought the GOTY edition so I could have WA. I already had the original DoW and DC. How will this affect my CD Key?

Specifically, I'd like to give my original DoW to a friend so we can play online. Do I need to uninstall what I've got (DC, too) and re-install all of them (DoW, WA, DC) with my new CDs and keys?

Will this affect his ability to play online?

It shouldn't, he should be able to create his own account and use those keys.

You will want to change your keys, safest way is to uninstall and reinstall, but if you're up to it, you should be able to change them in the registry.
