HW2RandMap!! Any links?

Hi im just wondering if anyone here would be kind enough as to tell me where i can get HW2RandMap from as ive scowerd these forums and google and found all links are dead BUT some helpfull guy on here may know of a link for it.

Is there a specific place i need to put this file, or do I need to create a file to put it in? At the moment it just says :
"Error 380 (Invalid Property Value) In procedure RandomizeOtherStuff(0) of Modul mdlRandomize."
And i dont know what that means,

I have no idea. I didn't write the program and I'm not sure if the creator is still around. :\

That is such a shame. Its teasing me that I finally have the program, and installing it is probably so simple, but i just dont know how it's done. I guess I'll just have to experiment some more, thanks for your help Zatch.
