freezing problem do to with n4_disp

ok my DOW: DC works fine apart from one thing , it may be my drivers (which i think it is) but as i dont know much about computers im abit stuck , when im playing DC i get random freezes and after about an hour i get a message from windows saying that my windows drivers arnt functioning properly , it says n4_disp on the message.

it asks me to reboot and that when i do it will be functioning properly and i can send a report to microsoft , but after turning it off and back on it doesnt fix the problem or offer me to report it.

can anyone help me?

A good start would be to do a clean reinstall of your graphics drivers. If that doesnt help, post a warnings.log and dxdiag.
