Not sure on my laptops requirements, but if it can handle Warcraft 3, can it handle Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War?

If you could produce a dxdiag report (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=57900) we could tell you if it meets/beats the requirements!
Warcraft 3 is considerably older with much lower system requirements than DoW.
Post the dxdiag and we'll tell you if your system can handle it. The most important requirements are 256Mb of RAM (although 512Mb is strongly recommended) and at least a radeon 9200 graphics card (or the nvidia equivalent).

It turns out it didn't work (well Dark Crusade didn't and I'm sure they're the same) I'll just play on my desktop.
What was the error message?
