Patch Stuck on . .. .

when i try install it doesnt go past this point. it just freezes and stops progressing.

Any ideas?

im getting pretty pissed off now after waiting three days to be able to reinstall Dark crusade and now having to wait three hours just to patch the bastard ¬.¬

Blaargh I have the same problem. Most annoying.

Make sure all background tasks are off, including Dark Crusade, all Anti-Virus and other programs that can be turned off.

Try again.

If no luck - attempt to Re-Download the patch.

Now i try a total reiinstall,
DoW passed without incident.

WA however Wont get past the sound stage. which btw is where 1.2 was getting stuck before. ( i tried reinstall DC and after that now 1.11 wont install and is stuck on a similair stage)

so its the Sound-speech part thats fuxxed.... >.>

Set the patch installing and walk away, come back in half an hour and it should have unstuck and finished applying.

This problem has been reported with previous patches - its basically because the patcher is extracting massive archive files and it sometimes gets a bit stuck. Given enough time it will manage to force its way through and complete. Note: even if the patch window says "not responding" still leave it - its doing things in the background.

Also dont you do anything while its patching.
