You can't legislate Morality. Either a person's 'moral' or their not, and this is all based on the views of individual cultures..

Eh, what? I fail to understand the question. Do you mean some sort of Christian Morality, or Victorian Morality, or what?

"Do you believe in morality?" is a bit like "Do you believe in chairs?".
