Well ive just patched DC, having no previous problems with the game, but now, once ive finished playing and quit the game, once im on my desktop a black screen flashes up everytime i click anything, or just randomly pops up every 10-15 seconds or so, as well as creating random white lines across the bottom of my screen.

ive no idea whats wrong with it. it worked perfect before 1.2 -_-

i havent got bitdefender and have the most up to date gfx drivers so its not that. Ive attached my warning log and dx diag file if anyone can help

thanks

This sounds like it could be a cooling issue or PSU related issue.
Can you monitor your systems temperature of CPU, GPU, North Bridge?
Also if possible, run Voltage tests across the rails of your PSU (can be done using analysis and benchmarking software).

hmm, it did it with one other game in the past, the lord of the rings online beta, but that just stopped after a while - but i got the black screen/graphic errors on that.

i dunno, my comp dusnt seem to be overheating, and the gpu fan is overclocked to make it even cooler, also it didnt have this problem literally yesterday when it was version 1.11 :(

well having check all my temps, there all running fine, but im not sure whats good and whats bad with voltages -_-

If you can use speedfan or some other diagnostic software (your motherboard should have come with software). If you could then tell me what each of the voltages are across the rails, I can tell you if its good or bad.

In most voltage terms with computers, -+5% threshhold is acceptable. -+10% is pushing it. -+11% or higher is faulty.

ok ive got speedfan, heres the temps/voltages:

additionally, just played some solo skirmishes against comp, and didnt get any errors, and the game exited ok - but when i go online i get all these errors -_- odd

Your 12v rail is very close to the minimum required to run a stable system (11.4v is the minimum). Under load, such as games or intensive programs that draw extra power, you system could quite easily have this draw more voltage than you have available, so your graphics could, in essence need 8v, but only receive 7v, so it cuts back as best it can, with cooling and processes.

What PSU do you have? (what wattage?)

i have a seasonic m12 modular 500w psu

Should be more than enough for my system D:
