Having recurring problems joining the gamespy lobby

I get to the message saying

"Trying to log on to the online lobby"

Then nothing more this screen stays there until I press cancel. My password is correct, and I don't always have these troubles/

Any ideas?

I had a similar problem. Don't suppose you're on Tiscali are you?

There are problems with some IP cos in that during peak time heavy users (ie gamers) get stuffed to allow the majority reasonable bandwidth. Try logging on "out of hours" to see if it works, say on a Saturday morning or something. If it works then take it up with your IP.

If not, then something else is required. Have you been able to log on before?

Yes my ISP is Tiscali, and yes I am sometimes able to log on.

I usually play in the evenings with work mates and it has only recently become a problem.

Where do I find my warnings.log?
