Installation Error

Hey guys! I have read through your big master thread of problems and tried the self assistance but I can't get this thing to work.

The first 2 CD's install without a hitch, but when I get to the end of installing CD3, specifically the W40kData-Sound-Full.sga file, it freezes and won't give me an error message.

I have no idea what is wrong because I have all my programs closed as it says, but still nothing. If you guys could help me I would be very grateful. :)

Is it possible for you to copy the contents of CD3 (I'm unsure if this will actually work since its a multi-CD Installation) without a hitch?

Whilst the likelihood of your being able to install from your HDD are not that great (albeit I haven't tried this), it will show if there is another problem here, namely either your Optical Drive or the CDrom itself.

It is also worthwhile testing it on another system, to see if the same event occurs.

If everything proves conclusive that you cannot install from the disk at all, then you will need to exchange it.
