Dark Crusade loads up in a small screen

I don't know how or why but today I load up Dark Crusade and it just loads up in a sceen about 30% of the original size which was full screen before. I tried enlarging the screen but then the mouse wont move outside this small screen box. I have even uninstalled the game, reinstalled it and STILL it loads up in this small screen.

No problem when I load up Vanilla DOW or Winter Assault.

Anyone know what might be the problem?

Run the graphics config utility in the games start menu folder and make sure the "run in a window" box is NOT ticked.
