lamps & lights

hi, im working on my new map and im about to release it, though I really wanna know how to place a lamp and actually turn the light on. how is this possible? I've seen Mannerheim do it.....
can anyone please show me step by step what they do? ive tryed some things with the action markers.... but nothing works tbh..

nevermind i found it, its in edit state if someone else cant find it.
