DoW is crashing...

I'm new to this game and not very good with computers. I just installed DoW and can't understand why it is crashing all the time.
I can play almoust 3 minutes and then it crashes. Need help!

First of all, you really should install Service Pack 2 for Windows XP. After that, install the latest DirectX 9.0c redistributable, followed by some newer soundcard drivers(if possible).

I installed SP2 and DirectX 9.0c but didn't help :(
