multiplayer connectivity

I can connect to multiplayer in automatch about 25% of the time. What can I do to fix this, if anything. Its weird because I can connect to games sometimes. It will say 2/2 palyers automatched and just stay that way, and other times it will work fine. BTW my internet connection is fine. Thanks in advance!

Have you done the port forwarding? www.portforward.com
Did u run the multiplayer networktester? http://66.134.89.225/~sic/nettest.html (btw with me it only worked in firefox)
And could u post the logs and the tech info-files?
