Newbie Question

I just had a quick question. I want to be able to play around with progenitor ships but I am not a great modder. I tried to do the walkthrough (play as keepers) but my connection speed is so slow that it would take waaaayyyy to long to download the necessary tools to do that mod. So i was wondering if there was a quicker and easier way to have like the MS just be able to build keepers and drones. any help will be much appreciated thx

Modify the Hiigaran build menu and the Mothership's addAbility(NewShipType, "CanBuildShips", ... ) line. You'll need the extracted data files for that. Read around a bit and you'll figure it out.

Thx for the reply I'll try and if I can't figure that out i'll just have to wait till I can afford to get a better internet connection so I can downoad bigger files
