I've read practically all the threads which relate to this but couldn't find any thing which specifically suits my problem, so i appologise in advance for any threads i have missed.
this problem deals with my friend and his brother trying to play Dark Crusade online with me. We just want to play privately between us three but only one of them can join the game at a time, if i hosted, then one of them would recieve a connection error once the other has joined. this is also apparent when they both join the game and then i try to join.
I have a feeling it may be that their router doesn't like the fact that they're both playing through it but realistically that shouldn't be the problem.
my NAT router has uPnP enabled but hasn't been forwarded as I just started to play online again so it seemed pointless at the time but will be to improve performance.
i haven't a clue about theirs but their dad's a bit touchy when it comes to friends playing around with things like this, which he has all the right to be.
any recommendations would be helpful, but playing with just one of them is still ok if a solution isn't available.
if i have to tamper with their router in any way then please could a guide be as accurate as possible (a little exploration is ok just cautious with changing settings ) or linked to a detailed one as i don't want to ruin anything.
sorry for the long post and any help is grateful. if more info is needed i can possibly obtain it, but there's no guarrantee if it's to do with their router.
thankyou
