Windowed Mode Trouble

I've followed the instructions in the FAQ thread, but I just can't seem to be able to get DC to run in windowed mode. Whenever I access my GraphicsConfig, it gives me two choices: Optimal Configuration and Safe Mode Configuration.

When I select, "Optimal Configuration," it says, "No suitable display devices were found."

When I select, "Safe Mode Configuration," it shows my settings, but does not give me the chance to change them.

Is this related to my graphics card in any way?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, don't bother to post that.

What you have to do is go into your Dark Crusade folder, and open the file 'Local.ini' in note pad.


It should look something like this.

Find the line that says "screenwindowed=0"
and change it to "screenwindowed=1"

Now save the file and enjoy playing DC windowed :D
