I am one of the lucky people who got a bum key for Winter Assault in the DoW Platinum Edition.
I cannot email THQ support or contact them through the support form, because both avenues appear to be broken.
All of the my emails bounce back with:
"(reading confirmation): 550 The sender did not meet Sender Policy Framework rules."
So I tried the contact form, but I get this:
"Your message was not sent. E-mail does not appear to be correct."
I tried using 2 different home addresses and my work address, all to no avail.
I was able to send a message to their corporate HQ, but I'm assuming I'll just be ignored on that end.
Is there some trick to get through to these people, so I can play the game? I work all day long during the week, so calling is a huge hassle (plus it's Saturday).
