ok, i was looking through the .ship files and i found the

NewShipType.TOScale = 1
NewShipType.TOGroupScale = 1

lines and i hope what they would scale the ship's model (then i found out that TO mean Tactical Overlay), so im wondering is there a command or way to scale the ships...

im creating a attack frigate, sort of a bridge between the current frigates and the destroyer, and i want to use the flak frigate's model, but they're the same size and the new frigate is about 3-5 times more powerful than the flak frigate.........

Try messing with these values in the ships' .ship

NewShipType.nlips = 0.000325
NewShipType.nlipsRange = 6000
NewShipType.nlipsFar = 0.0002
NewShipType.nlipsFarRange = 10000

Nlips affect how you see the ship, not their actual size... You can possibly make a fighter ultra huge with Nlips, but when you shoot at it, you can still miss it (as much as usual). The only way to change their "real" size is by modding the 3d model itself...
