Platinum Winter Assult Key Too Short

The Key on my manual is 16 characters long, but the instaler is looking for a 20 character key >3<

The answer is simple to this one. A lot of copies seem to have short key codes. It's best to contact THQ customer support on this issue and I'm sure they'll give you a proper key code.

I have this same problem, and the DoW website is down.
The WA cd key on the back of the gold manual is only 16 characters.
Any suggestions?
