C++ Runtime Error

When ever I try and run Dawn of War: Dark Crusade, I get this Error.

An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I got Dark Crusade through steam, but that shouldn't affect it.
I tried downloading the C++ Runtime Redistributable from Microsoft's website and it did nothing. It doesn't load, so the Warnings.log file is before this problem started and The Soul Storm Demo runs fine. I uploaded the DXDiag, but like I said it doesn't even create a Warnings.log

are you running bit defender or something similar?

if so it may be preventing the DC installer from altering two of the C++ runtime files...

I'll try and reinstall it, with all my Antispyware off, I don't have bitdefender but it's worth a try

Still not working, I uninstalled it then downloaded it thru steam again (With all my anti spyware and other such things shut off).
And I get the same error and the game fails to launch, I tryed to figure out the link you gave me, but Its a little over my head.
Can anyone hlep?
